ConditionConfirmation, Payment and Cancellation


When you arrive at the center, we will have you complete aquestionmedical naryon thelast 12 months. Click on the images belowto get an idea of the questions asked.

If you mustanswer YESto 1 or more questions you will have to present us with aMedical Certificate of No Contraindication to Scuba Divingdated of3 months maxbefore your dive.

If there is at least 1YESand you do not have your medical certificate with you,you can't dive.

Reservation confirmation

To confirm your reservations we will ask you for a deposit.

- From 1 to 3 people: 20% deposit to confirm your reservations, valid on dives*training or exploration.

- From 4 people or Private Instructor or Private Boat: 100% deposit to confirm your reservations, valid on dives* training and explorations.


For SSI and PADI training dives* we will also ask you for payment for the purchase of your E-learning Kit, PIC etc… which these organizations ask us to pay in advance.


Payment in advance OSB PAYZENonline, or, Bank card or cash on site.

To confirm your reservations we ask you for a deposit.

As soon as you are ready for your payment, we will send you an email with an OSB link to complete the transaction (link valid for 7 days).

Or you can pay your deposit on site at the time of your reservation byBank card or cash.

We will ask to pay the deposit provided that there are still places available.



Cancellation Policy 


If YOU cancel

The 20% deposit is non-refundable

On 100% deposit: 20% is non-refundable


For those who paid100% deposit

If you cancel between 0h and 48h before the date of the dive*: your 100% deposit is non-refundable

If you cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before the date of the dive*: your deposit is refundable up to 50%.

If you cancel between 7 days and 1 month  before the date of the dive*: your deposit  is 70% refundable.

If you cancel more than 1 month  before the date of the dive*: your deposit is 80% refundable.



Particular case

Illness, accident, canceled flight or other, it is possible to reimburse you, provided you send us a document justifying your inability to come and dive with us (medical certificate, letter from your airline or other)._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Reimbursement (less the 20% deposit, less bank charges) will be made to the person(s) concerned by the supporting document(s).



If WE cancel

In case of bad weather, engine failure, or other reasons specific to the operation of a dive center, we may have to cancel our tours at any time, even at the last minute. You will be notified by WhatsApp or on site.

If this happens we will do our best to reschedule your dives.

Otherwise, a refund of the amount paid less 5% bank charges will be granted. This refund is only valid on dives. Any other products paid for in advance will not be reimbursed (e-learning kit or PIC PADI and SSI for example).

Our center


Our days are organized as follows:

- In the morning: 2 successive dives*, on 2 different sites, in the ocean, with a small tea biscuit snack between the 2. For certified or in the process of certification. 

Meet at the center at 8 a.m. (Return to the center around 12 p.m.)

- In the afternoon: Refresh & Formations & Baptisms (Intro dive), in the lagoon. 

Meet at the center at 1:30 p.m. (Return to the center around 4 p.m.)


- We do not do night dives.

- If you choose to do only one dive in the morning, you will have to stay in the boat until the others do their 2nd, we do not return to the center between the two.

- We reserve the right to cancel your outingIn the event of bad weather, engine failure, or other reasons specific to the operation of a dive center, we may have to cancel at any time, even at the last minute. You will be notified by WhatsApp or on site.


Level card

Do not forget your level card or dive log* (physical or digital) which you will have to present to the instructor when you arrive at the center.

Delay / Cancellation / Modification

In case of delay or cancellation or modification on your part, you never know, please notify us in advance in order to wait for you a few minutes if necessary or, to allow other guests to take advantage of the available places. .

Accompanying persons on board: no

We do not accept accompanying persons on board, for organizational reasons on the boat but above all for safety.

During the dives*, the instructors are all underwater with their guests. In case of trouble on board, there is no one to help.


Dive sites*

The choice of dive sites* is made the same morning, depending on the weather conditions.

If you have a preference, you will have to talk to the instructor about it when you arrive at the centre.


In Moorea, what we see the most and in large quantities are the turtles, but it is also possible to see certain species of sharks such as lemons, sleepers, white tip, black tip. You may come across stingrays, eagle rays and all kinds of small and large fish. 

The aquatic flora and architecture are also very pretty in the area.


Lemon sharks:

They can be present at all dive sites*. We will be sure to look for them. Since the stop of the shark feeding, their passage is quite furtive.


Pick-up: no

We do not do pickups.

On Moorea, I strongly recommend that you rent a vehicle, the island is large, there are many walks to do or various restaurants, you will be more independent.

Do not hesitate to use Google Map, you can find the majority of Moorea service providers there, moreover, this platform helps to evaluate distances and travel times.

Plane flights after a dive*

- it takes about 25 hours between the last dive and an international flight

- it takes about 12 hours between the last dive and a national flight

Te Moana Pass

It is not necessary to pay or reserve this Pass in advance. You can take your Te Moana Pass directly on site in the first partner center or by making your request by email to a partner center. (see the list of partners on their website)

On the other hand, it is your diving reservations that you must book in advance, there are many people every year and the schedules fill up very quickly.

The Te Moana Pass can be purchased from an affiliated dive centre* which will provide you with an identification number.

Pass for 10 dives, valid for 1 year for 2 people.
