The dive sites
The choice of dive sites is made the same morning, depending on the weather conditions.
If you have a preference, you will have to speak to the instructor when you arrive at the center.
Since the feeding ban in 2018, there are no more shark sites on Moorea. We meet them everywhere and less frequently. On the other hand, there are more and more turtles, we see them almost every time.
Underwater diving is an extreme sport that is practiced in a natural environment rich in biodiversity, zero risk does not exist.


1: THE TIKI
This site is well known in Moorea for its many sharks: black tips, large gray sharks, lemon sharks which can exceed the size of 3 meters. We rub shoulders with schools of yellow perch, and sometimes a white tip shark or a sleeper shark.

2: TAO TOI
Beautiful dive which allows the observation of black tip sharks, napoleons, trumpet fish, rainbow trevallies, giant triggerfish. Javan moray eels, lionfish, shrimps in the holes.

3: THE PASS OF TAO TOI
Drift dive in outgoing current, to meet spotted eagle rays and schools of bigeye trevallies.

4: VIRGULE
Diving on a lava flow in the shape of a comma. Small coral roses, black tip sharks, turtles, schools of paddle perch, napoleons.... .

5: OPUNOHU CANYONS
As soon as you enter the water, black tip sharks arrive, curious. The underwater landscape is made up of canyons frequented by the usual tropical fish. The lemon sharks that come to watch us can be quite large.

6: LEMON SHARK VALLEY
During this dive, it is possible to come across a lemon shark. Since the ban on Feeding in Polynesia, their appearance has become rarer. Don't worry: you are accompanied by an experienced guide and you will dive in complete safety.

7: EDEN PARK
Diving on a beautiful coral garden, with sharks, turtles, barracudas, clown fish in the anemones...

8: CORAL ROSES
This beautiful dive is reserved for more experienced divers, at a maximum depth of 45 meters. The coral formations are shaped like beautiful roses, and are inhabited by a host of tropical fish.

9: THE AQUARIUM
Site easily accessible for beginners and divers in training. White sand, coral potatoes inhabited by a multitude of fish: Butterflies, coachmen, chestnuts, parrots, clown fish in their anemones... A little deeper, you can meet eagle rays.

10: ROTUI
Diving along the outer reef with thousands of juvenile fish. Black tip sharks, lemon sharks, possible encounter with a nurse shark.

11: THE OPUNOHU FAULTS
Spectacular site reserved for Level 3 divers. This deep dive flies over the impressive faults of the coral massif.
