Confirmation, Payment and Cancellation
Physical or digital documents to provide on the day of your dive:
Diving certification card (Open Water, N1, etc.) for certified divers
Medical certificate if required.
Important!
- With us, a medical certificate stating no contraindications to scuba diving, issued by a doctor, is mandatory for those aged 60 and over (all types of dives) and for those wishing to undertake training. It must be valid for one year and valid on the day of your dives.
- A medical certificate is not required for those under 60 who wish to dive (introductory dives, refresher dives, or exploration dives), unless you answer "Yes" to one of the questions on our Medical Questionnaire.
If you do not need a medical certificate according to the above conditions, we will ask you to complete a Medical Questionnaire.

Reservation confirmation
To confirm your reservations, we will ask you to pay in advance for the dives on the first day of your booking, provided that places are still available.
Passes: Your dives will be deducted on the day of your arrival at the center.
Payment method :
Online payment: secure OSB PAYZEN payment link.
Payment on site: Bank card or cash.
Virtual Tourism Fair prices reserved for residents.
Please provide us with proof of residence, lease, EDT or EPIC invoice, CPS DN number, patent, professional card, etc.
You will need to pay in full when booking to confirm your places on board, provided there are still places available.
Cancellation Policy
If YOU cancel "without justification"
If you cancel between 0h and 48h before the dive date: your 100% payment is non-refundable or your Pass will be charged.
If you cancel between 48 hours and 10 days before the date of the dive: your payment is 50% refundable or your Pass will be charged.
If you cancel between 10 days and 1 month before the date of the dive: your payment is 70% refundable.
If you cancel more than 1 month before the date of the dive: your deposit is 80% refundable.
20% of payment is non-refundable.
Special case "with justification"*
Illness, accident, canceled flight or other, it is possible to postpone your dives or receive a refund, provided you send us a document justifying your inability to come and dive with us (medical certificate, letter from your airline or others).
Last minute health problem, the day before or the same day of your dive which prevents you from practicing this activity, possibility of reimbursement upon presentation of a medical certificate within 24 hours following the time of the appointment at the center.
Reimbursement (price of the dive(s) minus 20%) will be accepted for the person(s) concerned by the proof(s).
*20% of payment is non-refundable.
For payments with Pass, dives will not be deducted if you present us with a document justifying your inability to come and dive with us (medical certificate, letter from your airline or other).
If WE cancel
In the event of bad weather or other reasons specific to the operation of a diving center, we may have to cancel our tours at any time, even at the last minute. You will be notified by WhatsApp or on site.
If this happens, we will do our best to reschedule your dives.
Otherwise, a refund of the sums paid less 5% bank charges will be granted to you. This refund is only valid on dives. Any other products paid in advance will not be refunded (e-learning kit or CODE / PIC PADI or SSI for example).
For payments made with Pass, we will not deduct your dives.

Our center
Organisation
Our days are organized as follows:
- In the morning: 2 successive dives, on 2 different sites, in the ocean, with a small snack of tea biscuits between the 2. For certified or in the process of certification. Meet at the center at 8 a.m. (Return to the center around 12 p.m.)
- In the afternoon: Refresh & Training & Baptisms (Intro dive), in the lagoon. Meet at the center at 1 p.m. (Return to the center around 4 p.m.)
The mornings
Exploration dives: 5 guests max with 1 instructor
Training dives: 4 guests max with 1 instructor
In the afternoon, an instructor may do 2 dives, at which time you will have to wait on the boat while the other guests dive.
Baptism = 1 instructor + 2 guests max (dive of 20 to around 30 minutes)
Refresh or training = 1 instructor + 4 guests max (dive lasting around 40 minutes)
- We do not do night dives.
- If you opt to only do one dive in the morning, you will have to stay in the boat while the others do their 2nd, we do not return to the center between the two.
- We reserve the right to cancel your outing in In the event of bad weather or other reasons specific to the operation of a diving center, we may have to cancel at any time, even at the last minute. You will be notified by WhatsApp or on site.
Level map
Equipment and Services:
Full scuba diving equipment is available to guests free of charge. We do not rent equipment. Our tanks are air-filled aluminum. We do not offer Nitrox diving.
We do not offer a photography service as most of our clients have their own cameras (GoPro and others).
Level card
Do not forget your level card or diving logbook (physical or digital) which you must present to the instructor when you arrive at the center.
Delay / Cancellation / Modification
In case of delay or cancellation or modification on your part, you never know, please notify us in advance in order to wait for you for a few minutes if necessary or, to allow other guests to take advantage of the available places .
Accompanying persons on board: no
We do not accept accompanying persons on board, for organizational reasons on the boat but above all for safety.
During the dives, the instructors are all underwater with their guests. If there is a problem on board, there is no one to help.
Dive sites
The choice of diving sites is made the same morning, depending on the weather conditions.
If you have a preference, you will need to speak to the instructor when you arrive at the center.
In Moorea, what we see the most and in large quantities are turtles, but it is also possible to see certain species of sharks such as lemon, sleeper, white tip, black tip. You may come across stingrays, eagle rays and all kinds of fish large and small.
The aquatic flora and architecture are also very pretty in the area.
Lemon sharks:
They can be present on all dive sites. We will be sure to look for them. Since shark feeding stopped, their passage has been quite stealthy.
Pick-up : non
We do not do pick-ups.
On Moorea, I strongly recommend that you rent a vehicle, the island is large, there are many walks to take or various restaurants, you will be more independent.
Do not hesitate to use Google Map, the majority of providers in Moorea can be found there, in addition, this platform helps to evaluate distances and travel times.

Medical certificate of no contraindication to scuba diving
We require it for people aged 60 and over, as well as for those wishing to undertake training. This certificate must be valid for one year and must be valid on the day of your dive with us.
Airplane flights after a dive
- it takes approximately 25 hours between the last dive and an international flight
- it takes approximately 12 hours between the last dive and a national flight

You can purchase your dive credits directly online on their website.

Te Moana Pass:
You can purchase your dive credits directly from affiliated dive centers like ours. (I will send you a secure online payment link, and you will then receive your dive credits by email with a customer reference number.)
The Te Moana Pass is valid for one year for two people, with a minimum of 10 dives required for the first purchase.
Even if you don't use it with us, you can purchase it directly from us online in advance or on-site. You will need to provide me with the following information:
- Number of dives desired
- Last name & First name of each diver
- Date of birth of each diver
- Diving certification level of each diver
- Number of dives desired
I will then send you a secure online payment link. Once I have received payment (it's very quick), I will register you on the Te Moana Pass platform and send you your Client ID number, which you will need to provide to the other dive centers where you wish to use it.
During your stay, if needed, you can top up your pass at any affiliated center. There will no longer be a minimum number of dives; you can add one or two if you wish.

I know that some centers offer to arrange bookings for you at their various affiliated centers; this may be a paid service.
We do not offer this service.

DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION
