Conditions of Confirmation, Payment and Cancellation
When you arrive at the center, you'll need to bring a medical certificate stating that you have no contraindications to scuba diving. If you don't have one, we'll ask you to complete a medical questionnaire covering the last 12 months. Click on the images below to get an idea of the questions asked.
If you have to answer YES to 1 or more questions, you won't be able to dive. You'll have to go to a doctor with this questionnaire to obtain a medical certificate.

Booking confirmation
To confirm your booking, we will ask for an advance payment, subject to availability.
The price of the first dive will be asked to confirm your booking.
For PADI training dives, we will also ask for payment for the purchase of your E-learning Kit, PIC, etc., which these organizations require us to pay in advance.
Payment method :
Online payment: secure payment link OSB PAYZEN.
On-site payment: Credit card or cash.
Virtual Tourism Fair rates reserved for residents.Please present proof of residency, lease, EDT or EPIC invoice, CPS DN number, Patente, professional card, etc...
You must pay in full at the time of booking to confirm your place on board, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
If YOU cancel
20% of the payment is non-refundable.
If you cancel between 0h and 48h before the dive date: your 100% deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel between 48h and 7 days before the dive date: your 50% deposit is refundable.
If you cancel between 7 days and 1 month before the dive date: 70% of your deposit is refundable.
If you cancel more than 1 month before the dive date: 80% of your deposit is refundable.
Special cases
Illness, accident, canceled flight or other, it is possible to reimburse you, provided you send us a document justifying your inability to come and dive with us (medical certificate, letter from your airline or other).
If you have a last-minute health problem on the day before or the day of your dive that prevents you from taking part in the activity, you can be reimbursed on presentation of a medical certificate within 24 hours of your appointment at the center.
The refund (price of the dive(s) minus 20%) will be accepted for the person(s) concerned by the proof(s).

If WE cancel
In the event of bad weather, engine failure, or other reasons specific to the operation of a diving center, we may have to cancel our tours at any time, even at the last minute. You will be notified by WhatsApp or on site.
If this happens, we will do our best to reschedule your dives.
Otherwise, a refund of the amount paid, less 5% bank charges, will be granted. This refund is valid for dives only. All other products paid for in advance will not be refunded (e-learning kit or CODE / PIC PADI or SSI for example).

Our center
Organization
Our days are organized as follows:
- Morning: 2 successive dives, on 2 different sites, in the ocean, with a small tea-biscuit snack in between. For certified divers or those in the process of certification.
Meet at the center at 8 a.m. (return to the center around 12 p.m.)
- Afternoon: Refresh & Training & Intro dive, in the lagoon.
Meet at the center between 12:45 and 1 p.m. (Return to the center around 4 p.m. max.)
In the afternoon, an instructor can make 2 descents, at which point you will have to wait on the boat while the other guests dive.
Intro dive = 1 instructor + 2 guests max (approx. 20 to 30 minutes dive)
Refresh or training = 1 instructor + 4 guests max (approx. 40 minutes dive)
- We do not do night dives.
- If you choose to do just one dive in the morning, you'll have to stay in the boat while the others do their 2nd. We don't return to the center in between.
- We reserve the right to cancel your outing in the event of bad weather, engine failure, or other reasons specific to the operation of a diving center. We can be called upon to cancel at any time, even at the last minute. You will be notified by WhatsApp or on site.
Level card
Don't forget your level card or logbook (physical or digital), which you'll need to show to the instructor on arrival at the center.
Delay / Cancellation / Modification
In case of delay, cancellation or modification on your part - you never know - please let us know in advance, so that we can wait a few minutes for you if necessary, or allow other guests to take advantage of available places.
Accompanying persons on board: no
We do not accept accompanying persons on board, for reasons of organization on the boat, but above all for safety reasons.
During the dives, the instructors are all underwater with their guests. If there's a problem on board, there's no one to help.
Dive sites
Dive sites are chosen in the morning, according to weather conditions.
If you have a preference, you'll need to speak to the instructor when you arrive at the center.
In Moorea, turtles are the most common and numerous sightings, but it's also possible to see certain species of shark, such as lemons, sleepers, white tips and black tips. You may also come across stingrays, eagle rays and all sorts of large and small fish.
The aquatic flora and architecture in the area are also very attractive.
Lemon sharks:
They can be found on all dive sites. We'll be sure to look for them. Since we stopped shark-feeding, their presence has been fairly stealthy.
Pick-up: no
We don't do pick-ups.
On Moorea, I strongly recommend renting a vehicle, as the island is large and there are plenty of walks and restaurants to choose from, so you'll be more independent.
Don't hesitate to use Google Map, where you'll find most of Moorea's service providers. What's more, this platform helps you estimate distances and travel times.

- it takes about 25 hours from the last dive to an international flight
- it takes about 12h between the last dive and a domestic flight
